Today, OOI schools are a collaborative effort of OOI and the surrounding community. Volunteers assist in the classroom, providing one-to-one tutoring, and other support services.

Local colleges and universities provide both work study students, practicum students , and interns. The interns are usually majoring in education, counseling, or social work. University students provide an important resource in the classrooms of Oregon Outreach Schools.

Other community based organizations partner with Oregon Outreach providing a wide array of services.
Some of our community based partners include, Young Men of Awareness, Open Door Gallery, Good News Health Clinic, and many others.

In addition, local foundations, businesses and individuals continue to support our programs by donating funds, materials and supplies and services. Through partnerships with organizations such as ASPIRE, OOI offers placement programs and opportunities for youth attending at the various schools.
